(RDFT) manufactures all plastic and lighting equipment in accordance with the highest standards of workmanship and quality procedures practical in the industry. RDFT uses the highest quality raw materials and ensure the proper use of materials for the application. In accordance with this, RDFT proudly warrants our products as follows:

 

 

 

Products that fail or become defective during the warranty period, except as a result of improper installation, bad water chemistry, accidents or negligence on behalf of the owner, freezing, earthquakes, fire, floods or other acts of nature, shall be repaired or replaced at RDFT’s option without charge to the owner. This process will be completed within (90) Ninety days of receipt of the defective product barring delays caused by the acquisition of components not manufactured by RDFT.

 

To obtain warranty repair or replacement, the defective part(s) should be returned (Freight Paid) to the place of purchase or to RDFT. This should include a description of the defect and or the circumstances surrounding the incident or problem.

 

The warranty shall commence on the date of original installation of the product(s). RDFT shall Not be responsible for shipping, removal and/or reinstallation labor, or any other such costs incurred in obtaining warranty replacements.
